"Can I print tickets from the web site?"

No.  This option is currently being explored.  All orders are posted

"What is the postage charge?"

 $1.50 per order, not per ticket, unless otherwise stated in a special offer

"How long will my order take to be delivered?"
A
Normally 2-3 days but allow 5-7 days, especially if in WA

"How long do the tickets last?"
A
Most tickets are valid for approximately 6-9 months

"What is a CVN number?"
A
It is the last three printed digits on the signature panel of your credit card

"Do Hoyts tickets admit to 3D movies?"
A
  Yes.  With a $3.50 surcharge for adults and children.
Payable at the box office.  Current T&C's on tickets state that they don't
admit but we have just had notification to say they now will

"Do Village/GU/BCC tickets admit to 3D movies and VMax?"
A
Yes.  With a $2 surcharge for VMax and $3 surcharge
for 3D for both adult and children.  Payable at the box office
